eBay rotors

Can you trust these things? Anyone have any experience with them?

examples:

Thanks for any feedback.

Just because something is sold on ebay does not mean it is junk. Ebay is just the market place for goods. It annoys me when people bash a product just because its sold on ebay.

Maxima's are sold on ebay, so I guess everyone must just assumes they are junk too??

Now I am not saying that these rotors are good or not, since I have no experience with this company, BUT I have bought rotors for a another car on ebay and had no problems with them. Just a steel disc, not much can be wrong with it and is fine for daily driving.

Alot of good deals are on ebay, but there is some junk also, so use your best judgment and check feedback ratings.

why try to half **** crucial car parts and not go with an established brand? Yes, I understand the money saving factor and there is a chance those are the best rotors ever made by man...but for a car part as crucial as a brake component, I would go for an established part.

I go to ebay for cheaper market items for my car such as a spoiler or interior items, but how safe would one feel with ebay rotors on their maximas?

Brembo is sold on ebay. So are hawk pads. So are some Genuine Nissan parts. SS Braided lines etc. You should be looking at the brand. not whether or not you bought it on ebay.

also, rotors are freakin cheap anyway. why try to cheap out with ebay? unless youre looking for high performance braking even autozones work fine. a rotor is a rotor for a daily driver. its the pads that make more of a difference. ive got autozone rotors and prostop ceramic pads and my braking is great. and that only cost me like $94 (front only, did it myself)

Put drilled & slotted from ebay on 1year ago w/rebco metal masters pads.No probs. I use dot4 brake fluid(311 deg.wet boiling temp.)& stainless lines. It stops like hitting a brick wall & the hotter they get the better they get.So ebay worked for me.

Don't get those, find some that are d/s from brembo cores.

to the bashing e-bay thing, I was very satisfied with the d/s brembo's I bought on there a few years back for a 4th gen.
