power steering belt

does anyone know what the link is to a full write up on the power steering belt replacement. i already loosened the adjuster screw and the set screw right next to it. i loosened the other 14mm blot behind the power steering pump and it wont move.on the main drive belt the pulley moved freely after i loosened the two bolts but this one is different.

ok, ill walk you through it.
you first loosen up the 14mm bolt on the power steering (behind) then you loosen the screw on the side of the screw holder. After that, all you have to do now is keep on loosening the screw from the bottom clock wise to loosen it(counter clock wise to tighten)
you keep turning that screw and it eventually the belt will start to loosen up.
its fairly easy, and you do have to do it for a while to get the belt to be loose.

good luck.

That's all of the bolts. Just give the psp a whack and see if it is sticking at the pivot bolt.
