I wouldn't trust ebay with an air filter.

i myself wouldnt buy a kit for $888.99, it seems to low compared to the actual price of a quality turbo kit. but why are they so bad, are they poorly made? do they not last long? it would be an interesting test now that they have turbo kits on ebay to see there longevity

A quality turbo by itself costs $750 etc so anything that cheap is way off the mark from a complete kit. Even the one linked here that costs $4000 says professional install, not a bolt on. If you are so inclined purchasing a welder and all of the components with access to a shop capable of bending pipe is the only way to go to save money on the install. I plan on doing this to my Dakota but there is a lot more room to work with in the engine bay. Definitely not for the faint of heart but would greatly increase your fabrication skills. I plan on getting a MIG very soon and practicing on lots of scrap.
