Dimming lights

Hey guys, just wanted to get some insight on something i've noticed for a while. When im holding the switch to get my windows up on the car i notice that my lights dim. Also, my dash lights dont seem as bright any more, any suggestions?

Maybe u adjusted the dimmer switch on the dash? Maybe your battery is on its way out if lights dim from simply closing windows... test the battery for free at an autozone or something of the like that does free battery tests.

Alright guys, heres an update, i went to autozone, alternator and battery are both okay. But on the way back i noticed something wierd, when i had all the window switches on the driver side in the up position i would here a "click" noise behind the dash (behind the guage cluster). When the switches are up the lights dim but once the click noise happens the lights arent dim anymore. Any thoughts????????

That should be a relay if thats where its coming from. the dimming is completely normal... if it gets worse you can always invest in a cap.. I've seen people do that before who aren't running a sound system..

Follow the negative cable that comes off the battery. It will connect to the chassis of the car and from there it connects to the engine block. Just pick up a wire brush at your local auto parts/hardware store.
