Washer Lights, How to install them? (WIRES)

aite, i got the Washer things pulled out and installed the light up ones..
problem is that I donno how to hook the wires up...
i tried putting it in with the light things, but there is no space to squeeze them in there..
please tell me in a detailed explanation... thank you
