IONIC DYNAMICS Kits?

Has anyone here ordered a kit from them? I'm toying with picking up a kit for my Maxima...anyone have fitment issue, or are these guys top-notch?

Chuckle...I know they look good...just want to know if anyone has DEALT with them. Are they reputable? I've been burned before and would prefer to avoid it this time *chuckle*

Kevlo...that's the kit I would get...just trying to get a feel for fit and finish.

Just looking for comments good or bad thanks.

I haven't been clear...is Ionic Dynamics reputable...has anyone had problems with them? OR Were you happy with them, and the fit and finish was great?

Thanks for the chuckle guys.

oh
lowering comes before body kit
it's a rule
your lip kit wont fit until you get new suspension components which actually comes on after market shocks and springs FYI

This is the set up I've had before.

Stillen Front Lip (urethane, so no cracks)
Ionic side skirts
Ionic Rear

Throwback picture from 2 years ago of full rear piece modified into a two piece

Again, very old picture of the car

Older, but newer pic

Somewhat updated pictures (missing supercharger, FMIC and all the sexy piping)

Now I have the full Ionic Carbon Fiber kit.

The suspension will have no affect on the lip kit unless you slam the car to the ground with coilovers. I think what you are referring to is when the spring settles. Even with Sprint Springs, it will not an affect on the "installation" of the lip. Scraping and ripping off the lip is a whole other story.

I'd recommend the Ionic kits if you want a more aggressive look. Fitment is pretty good. Not really any modification needed. Just drill a couple holes and youre done. The Ionic sides and rear sit a little lower than the stillen sides and rear. They're also great to deal with.

My sig is an OLD photo...haven't updated it in a bit...I've got a 2" drop all the way around...also doesn't show the exhaust upgrades *chuckle*

I concurr that "the slammage" should occur before a kit

There are more pictures on cardomain page. All the pictures on there are really out of date. i guess I need to break out the bucket and soap and give the girl a good washing and take more pictures. I guess I'll get around to that sometime next week.

The rear piece was cut by me so its not completely straight but I didn't want to have a circle cut out and a burnt paint. I used a dremel to cut it and was it a scary project. I have since sold the rear and sides a year ago and haven't heard any complaints.

Jose is a great guy to deal with, his prices are really good too.
The CF kit is a bit fragile, just as fragile as FG.
Ionic does make an FRP kit that is more durabel. Fitment for me has always been good. Ive gone through two lips and replace one side skirt. My rears are just a bit off, they fit good just needed a bit more more time to put on. But my rears were the first set of 95-96's rears Jose made since he originally only made the 97-99 rears.

I love Jose and his work, but me and Kormax are the only ones who experienced resin cloud up on his cf kits? Whatever though, he's a great guy, but I can no longer have a cf kit. Have to get it painted over. I guess it's an east coast thing? Blah, i'll still go to him for other parts. Maybe we have duds.... Despite this, Jose is still a good merchant .

You are not the only one. I also had Resin cloud up from the time I received the kit. I purchased the kit through Redline Max and Corey spoke to Jose and he said that he would replace it if it had any issues. The entire kit has some blemishes but that is to be expected when they are hand made.

Great fitment and great guy to work with.
