The bulbs are just removed by unscrewing the piece in the back of the fog light(large gray plastic circular piece). You can do this by hand. after you get it unscrewed, there is a clip holding the bulb into the foglight. You just push in and push to one side and it will unclip. Then unplug the wire on the bulb from the wire coming into the fog light, replace and repeat. I don't have any pictures, but it's actually pretty straight forward.

Okay,
The fog light HOUSING must be taken out to replace the bulb. The housings are held in by 2 10 mm bolts AND a "pop socket". The same type of soket that hold in the corner lights next tot he headlights.
Fist remove the black plastic bolt covers turn the little black screw till it raises and pull the panel off. Now undo the two bolts. The housing should now feel all lose and be held in by nothing more than the little pop socket.
Gently pry out the housing and pulll it out.
Disconnect the main wiring harness.
Now you will have the housing in your hand.
Unscrew the back cap. Disconect the red wire. It is wrapped in a white sleeve (peel back the plastic insulater)
Now remove the bulb by unhooking the metal clip (push down and pull it out of the hook mechanism.
Carefully pull the bulb out and put the new one in ( it can only go in one way (take note of the cutouts on the base of the bulb. One is round and one is square. Match them with the housing cutouts.
Replace bulb and reconnect the hook.
Reuse the fabric sheeth around positive lead and reconnect.
Replace the fog by first clicking the pop socket back in and replace the bolts.
Dont forget to replace the plastic bolt covers.

I've never had to actually take the foglight housings out of the brackets. I've changed '95's and '99's and since the back of the bracket is wide open, there is enough room in the back of them to keep them in the car and just remove the back screw in cover.

Hmm, I guess I never looked in the back of them and just assumed that I had to take them out based on what I saw. either way, it may be helpful to take the housing out as it is quite simple to do and you don't have to get under the car. I would not be able to fit under mine. MIne went in and out easily and they are still aimed perfectly. Are those 2 10mm bolts the actual aiming bolts or are they simply to gold it in place. I did not need to reaim mine one I took them out.
