body kits advertised on web...legit?

i just got this car 2 weeks ago with full intent to make it a sweet piece of eye candy...i'm a little let down that they don't make a whole lot of competitive quality aftermarket parts in general...but as for body kits...honest to god some sites advertise same kit names as others but the pics were different...for example 1 had a R34 kit for my '99 with just 1 exhaust pipe hole, the other had 2 holes. WTF? how reliable are these "name brand kits" and does anyone know where i can find a reliable kit. also why the hell does EVERY single pic of a front or rear bumper piece they advertise have it grafted to the body????? i'm afraid to buy anything for this car now, escpecially online. ive read the FAQ's on this site on exterior mod's and it was helpful but like i said many pics of these kits conflicted the "same" kit on other sites. anyone have any trouble with kits they bought? any gaps or other mods you had to do to just to make it fit? please help out if u can.
