GET... you buy them from kevlo911 who acutally makes them. its custom made.

its not just a cheap bulb that hyper blinks cause you dont have the right resistors in them. they are made with PCB boards and soldered on LEDs. Kelvo911 sells or used to sell tail lights but i think stopped.

so yea. no store is really going to carry them. Just gotta either go custom and make it urself or have someone on here make them. Cause i doubt any store would really go thru the trouble without charging you your first born.

Do them yourself. Take things apart to see how you can make them better.

$300 or so last time Kevlo was selling them. Or you can order leds and make them yourself. Not a cheap mod really. Lots of money or man time.

I think that it is probably the same. If your new to solder and **** its going to take a lot of patience and practice to get everything done right.

True. But might as well start getting some practice. Soldering is a useful skill. It's not hard really. Just the actual wiring on the leds. Having to wire them in lines is fine but the other stuff with resistors and idk what else is what stopped me from doing it. Sometime I'll get on it haha.

make them if you want them so badly. You just need to do research on how to wire them. There are 2-3 threads I believe. Wizard can probably help you out with finding them or do a free search for led tails.

Question: Will 1157 bulbs fit into 1156?

I've been trying to search around for the answer but I cant seem to find a difference...

I'm trying to get these put in:
http://autolumination.com/switchback.html

However, they only make it for 1157 bulb size.

Here's a vid of it in action:

How much do these led tail lights cost? I don't know how to make them so I am not going to attempt to make them. I wanted to see if there was a professional who can make mine and i'll pay for the shipping and the cost.

If you read the thread you would have noticed that Kevlo used to make them. He was selling the last sets he had before. Don't know if any are left. There are no professionals that make these.

Man they are so easy to make and i bet you could make each side for under 30 dollars, you can even go online and find out the IRE charts to get the proper resistance on them, i'm about to do mine in a couple of weeks. You can take a lot more pride on them if you make them yourself
