Engine Replaced, now new problem

If any of you saw my thread from last week I have gotten my car back from the shop today and have a new issue now. (I am going to bring this up with the shop tomorrow) Every so often, maybe every 5th or 7th shift, when the car is switching gears the engine will keep revving until the shift is complete. The car does not slam into gear or anything like that, it is actually very smooth. I want to figure out what is going on here. I am just so frustrated at this point.

Yeah sounds more like a tranny problem than motor. Check fluid levels and if all connections are solid.

When I talked to the guy at the shop he said he checked the tranny fluid levels and said he topped it off. Is there something that could have not been hooked up quite right?
