i had a fart can like that on my maxima when i first bought it, it sounded alright before i put on my y-pipe, but after i put on my warpspeed y and custom b pipes, it started sounding very raspy so i replaced it with a flowmaster, nice and deep sound.

According to the bar chart in the picture, the price is almost as good as the performance & quality.

But the price is still in the red almost maxed out so maybe you're getting ripped off?

The way i see it your rear muffler should be a straight high quality pipe all that cattman rear mufflers may sound good because of price but really why doesent it not buzz? It is the quality of the pipe that matters. Right now i have a straight pipe with a wall mart tip and it sounds good. No buzzzzzz. Under 40 dollars.

There's no way it's NOT loud without a muffler. That would be defying the laws of physics.

I admit they're crap, but it sounds slightly less loud than a car a with a good full exhaust set up excluding headers. Most people realize how crappy these exhausts are after they get a Y-Pipe. I wouldn't recommend them, just stating what people consider not being loud.

What? That post doesn't make any sense. A rear muffler does not need to be a straight pipe at all. Yeah quality matters and thats why Cattman is great. They have great products and the craftsmanship is great. Mufflers sound good because of their design and craftsmanship. There is no way it isn't loud with just a muffler tip on. That's like noobies coming in and saying their fart cans don't sound bad... You can see the quality of this muffler in the picture. You should just listen to everyone that tells you it will sound like crap if you have other exhaust upgrades. It's advertisement...yeah the seller is going to say it's great quality and all. Experience from other guys tells you otherwise. Think about this choice before buying it cause it's $30. That's also $30 you could be putting towards a good muffler.
