Rusting Frame! Noooo!

So after my car gets back from the transmission shop the guy tells me that the frame is rotting out real bad. I knew the front rad support was getting sorta bad but I didn't think the rest was too bad. Apparently the "side frame" or something has to be changed now too. I took some pics with my cell, its not the best quality but you can see the rust for sure!
Here is the driver side lower control arm

the middle bar by the stick linkages

here is the front support under the rad

and the huge hole under the rad

here is more of the centre bar and front engine mount

oh and what is that bolt end supposed to be for??? its got no nut and there is nothing around it

The car has 225km on it so I'm not suprised about the rad support being that bad but what about the centre support under the engine? And the sides right beside the rad support are barely rusted you can check them out here

Also I'm having a bit of a transmission problem now too someone hopefully has an idea about. The bearings, clutch kit and seals and both drive shafts were replaced but now I have a vibration that seems to come from the transmission when coming off the clutch and even when I'm off the clutch all the way in gear (only 1st and 2nd) accelerating hard. Even when downshifting it vibrates. May the clutch need to be worked in? Or is a bearing bad? Damn Ontario and its salted roads!

mines rusting/rotting up front for the 2 center bolts...Im just going to wait till it gets worse and cut it out and weld a new piece in there, im sure you could find a shop to do that

the other parts look just like some surface rust, no real biggy

If the rust really bothers u you can get newer lower control arms, rad suuport can b replaced and the engine support can b picked up at a junkyard. I'm not sure if rubber undercoating will help with salt but it could b an option, powder coating? good luck.

Surface rust on the control arms, not a big deal->wire brush paint w/ rustolium pain, = fixed. You can leave it, they won't rust away.

Your core support is typical, Mine is a heavilly driven 1998 w/ 165,000 miles and its similar. $800 approx will fix that at a body shop.

I didn't see any on the other pix that depicted anything to worry about. You are fine. Fix the core support, put the car up on stands, get a good mask and wire brush. Clean all the surfaces and use some rust converter if needed, then paint over w/ some rustolium paint.
