Fuel question

When you go to wot and your fuel pressure goes to 43psi is it supposed to stay at 43psi and pulsate when the injectors fire or is it supposed to dip to 30s?

yes it never really goes to 43psi. goes to 40. dips to 38psi and then to about 30's.

Injectors are fairly new, pump has a rewire, fuel filter has been replaced recently. FPR is oem and has about 15-20k. Pump tests within resistance. No kinks in the fuel line. No fuel out of fpr, fpr has its own vacuum source. Im pretty sure that my check valve is bad(doesnt hold pressure very long when car is off. Fuel rail doesn't loose pressure.

Car hesitates in the mourning too. Step on the gas and revs dont go up until about 3k.

I had this in the all motor to get a more seasoned and knowledgeable responses.

Car has 00vi and 4thgen lower.
