go to napa and get a 36.5" (+/- 0.25 inch or so) to bypass the AC.

note: if you have a udp you might need a different size belt.

Unplug the A/C clutch wire and replace the belt. Keeping it on Economy Mode does the same thing.

Update: had to work fast so i took off the A/C. Bypassed it with a 33" belt from my supra. lol That thing comes to my rescue even from the grave(hopefully the new one will be just as helpful when the time comes). But Everything works now as it should I've noticed a slight power increase and i do think my gas millage is improving a little. The concern i have is that the pulleys are 6 ribs the belt has 4. I've placed it so thats it sits directly in the middle. Could anything go wrong ? Other than the belt not being able to cope with the torque and snapping.

I'd say grab the appropriate belt when you get off work and then you won't have to worry about it.
