Illuminas or AGXs (for Progress springs)?

I live in NYC and the roads are horrible... but I hate the 4x4 look and handling dullness of the stock Maxima...

I found a set of Progress springs for cheap... but I need a good set of struts. Should I go with the AGXs or pony up the extra dough for the Illuminas? I'm not tracking the car, I just need a suspension that looks good, rides/handles good and won't blow up in a year.

Illumina or AGX are comparable struts if I may say. Both are adjustable. I heard that AGX is pretty stiff during cold weather. Since it's adjustable, you can always adjust to your comfort. I say, for the money, I would have gone for AGX. I do have illumina, but for some reason just okay paired them with S-Tech. mah .02

Both have a lifetime warranty, both perform great, both are adjustable. Illuminas can get softer than AGXs, enabling better daily driver comfort.

Konis are best bet.

But otherwise, Illuminas... AGX are pretty harsh.

I have the AGX's and they seem fine with me. I do however feel a difference between temperature changes though. None the less, I can always change that by adjusting them.
