Cefiro headlight rubber cap problem

I've installed my one piece headlights about 3 years ago, and I have now noticed that the rubber cap on the back of the headlights have deteriorated, does anyone know a solution for this problem?

not sure what the solution is, but mine have been on for 2ish years, and they have the same problem

one of mine broke before i even got it on. just find something the same diameter made of a rubber or something sealed
