My O/D switch started shorting after having my new radio worked on by a radio shop this morning. They say they never touched it, and I told them it had never shorted before they messed with it. I took apart the shifter and tested the continuity, and it does seem like there's a short in the unit. Does this mean I need to buy the entire shift handle to get a new switch? If so, aren't there other nicer replacement units off an Infiniti that would fit the Max? Any help would be appreciated.
