HELP: What's best route for CD changer cable???

Got a new CD changer for my car...what's the best route for the cable (which is fairly thick)? Need to take out the console, front seat, back seat...?

Cable is in and seats and dash are back in place. CD changer did not come with mounting hardware. This will take a while to work out...
