y pipe differences

I just found out that my 99 SE-L is a cali.
Fundamentally, what would it take to put a fed spec y pipe on it?
What are the differences between cali and fed spec pipes??
HELP!

There are links, and people do know.

There are more, but, at the moment, this is what I found:

i have the same car and i also read into it. it might be on the forums on that link but i dont know, but if u do look into it u might want to try warpspeed y-pipe. on there site it tells u the difference between the fed and the cali. on my 99 se-l max its a cali. the cali consists of no O2 sensor between the cat and the resonator pipe. mine only has two O2 sensors and they're both located on the exhaust manifolds. so yea hope i helped u out a little

I have read up on this a little bit I have learned that you need to replace both the exhaust manifold from a fed spec maxima along with the front header with the nasty precat attached to it. An 02 sim to fool the ECU and you should be the same as the fed spec cars.

That's what I did, plus O2 simulator.

Differences are in the stickies, as for aftermarket parts. Headers have been covered 1457374309480 times, so search. pm me if you have a reason for the thread to be reopened.
