Repair questions...

My front end has two areas of dammage, one on each side.

On the left side
, I was pulling out of a random driveway and clipped the front end on a fence. The fence put a nice dent in the front left fender/bumper it ripped out my turn signal and corner light on that side as well.

On the right side, I was hit the other day as some moron switched lanes without looking and plowed his back left into my front right. After this hit, there is a small dent (would be easy to pop out), but the front of the bumper is now obviously sticking out further as I can see the top part of the bumper that should be hidden by the lights/grill.

The other guys insurance came out and gave a quote on the dammage today. They said to fix the entire dammage, (half of which was my fault) would cost $2100. Because some of that was my dammage, they will not cover that cost and will only cover what it costs to fix the right side damage, which they say is $255.

First off, does this seem fair?

Secondly, how can I get this fixed for cheap? MY GOAL: TO GET THIS CAR READY FOR INSPECTION IN DECEMBER. I am slightly mechanically inclined(build guitars, repair tube amplifiers) , but I know I would be way over my head here.

I know that I can find the parts I need (front bumper, turn signal, corner light). But any suggestions on what I should do from there??

you could......
get a quote from body shop to fix your right side (everything should be included). If your insurance deductible is not that much, let say, $500, then moron's money + yours = deductible, and let insurance cover the rest.

or...
find some parts in the classified (bumper, fenders, etc) and pay the labor for installation.
