i dont think so, the 5th gens radio is bigger, and i think it wont mount correctly....but give it a try, who knows

It'd look ugly cuz it'd be missing the front cover panel. When 5th gen people swap out their radio, they need a new custom front panel sold by Scosche. Check out the audio forum for more info and pics.
