mudflaps and bumper inserts
what is the best way to clean/protect these parts.the bumper inserts is in the front bumper and are black.also what about the grill what to do for that.the car is a 96 pearl white in case that helps thanks

If the mudflaps are color-coded, they should be scrubbed with a bug and tag remover and sponge (the rinsed), just as the front part of the hood should be. Because you have a 1996, the inserts are black plastic. You should use a household cleaner such as Windex on the plastic. Then use a generic tire/rubber/plastic shine such as Meguiars or STP. Warning: You do not want to use bug and tar remover on the plastic, because it will fade the color. Just trying to help.
