Kinda annoying

Everytime it gets humid or sticky outside i have this annoying problem wiht the driver window.. As it goes down it sucks up the rubber aroudn hte glass on the inside, and the window barely goes down, i have to pull back on the door/rubber to let the window go down. only that window does it, anyone had similar issue and how the heck u fix it, im scared to tint my windows couz im worried it will ruin the tint this way.
