Question about knocksensor and small evap leak

2 weeks ago my CEL came on. My car got slow and consumes more fuel.

So i finally got around to placing a scanner on my car AND lo and behold i get the knocksensor code (p0325) so i am getting that replaced next thursday and ti's a pretty straightforward fix. My question about knocksensor is when i am done replacing it do i reset the ECU so the car needs to relearn everything or will it detect everything by itself?

Second part is Small Evap. Leak (p1440) i tried to read up on that in the forums but i cant seem to find any info on that problem. WTF is that? Does it have an impact on my car? Will the Maxima consume more fuel because of that? What are the possible reparations? Should i be concerned? I just need some general info on that code and what the problems could be since the thread about the fault indicator light has nothing (as far as i know) about that code.

Thanks alot!

ECU will detect the new knock sensor and restore your performance. No problems there.

The small leak code could be many things, none of which will affect your engine. Check your gas cap, this is a common cause for this code.

The light might not go off until you restart the car like 50 times or reset it with a tool
