When I got my Infiniti I30 about 6 months ago I installed Naxos Xenon Blue bulbs ... They are the same wattage as stock but give a nice blue appearence. I noticed last nigth my low beam on my passenger side were out (I just figured I blew the bulb). Then I flipped on my high beams and everything was fully functional. So I have NO idea whats going on, it cant be a fuse because then it wouldnt work at all. Does anyone know whats going on ?

Low and high beams have independent filaments. It is possible that your low beam filament is burned out. With the bulb removed you can check the filaments by eye or with an ohmmeter.

Check the bulb socket for signs of overheating (scorched appearance, melted plastic).

Check the combination switch.
