If you got a nice screen, you could remove your old Bose the faceplate (keep the buttons attached) and cut off anything that sticks out behind it.. and then just stick that over your LCD as a "fake" Bose head unit. I've seen a picture where someone else on the ORG did that.. if you searched around a bit you'd probably find it.

Just never liked the Bose sound. They had some ingenious technology. But I like the simplicity of the woofer/tweeter combo. ADS silk dome tweeters have a really smooth sound, not harsh, at all. Im not familiar with the Bose set up in the Maxima though. Dont know whats going on there. If the head unit works with no surprises, then Ill just upgrade the speakers to my liking, as I like to keep a stock look going. If the amplifier is under the seat, Ill probably upgrade that too.

Quit being such a postwhore newb. Postwhores often get temp/perm ban. You should delete your worthless posts and make 15 meaningful posts in various threads. It's really not that hard. Read the darn stickies, and you'll know why you can't search.

You have to donate to maxima.org (it's $20) to use the search feature. Otherwise, you can use the "free search" feature.

Quit posting stupid useless crap. I can feel my brain cells dying when I read what you type.
