I will be adding a VAFC-II somewhere in there around November give or take...and then do a blue LED conversion...but yeah...it's otherwise going to stay just like that. That is a Kenwood DPX-501 headunit. Has MP3/USB Drive capability and it sounds GREAT. Even tells you the names of the songs playing on the radio (not satelite, regular radio). HD Radio compatible (needs a little Kenwood HD tuner box).

i like that dual din radio Ilyak.
as for me, I got a single din in the lower compartment and fabricated a metal piece that covers up the gaping hole i had exposing a mess of wires in the "upper" portion. I plan to cover it with some leather and cut out for some gauges and hopefully cleanly mount my safc into it as well. painted temporarily, and yes there is a gap, for the leather im going to cover it with, plus the whole thing can be bent in whatever direction I want. I would have gotten a screen if I thought i could easily get some gauge read-outs and some cool tuning userface...otherwise i'd never use the thing as I dont watch tv in my car really.

the lens on my console clock and the lens over my gauges is stained with some kind of chemical. they look like hard water spots, but when you rub them they dissapear for a second and then come right back. is it possible to order replacement lenses for these items? where would i go about doing that?
can i just take the lense off the clock and leave it exposed? is that bad?

I would start by using a 50/50 mix of Simple green and water. If that doesn't work, dilute it less. If that doesn't work, I believe your best bet would be to go to a junkyard and pull the plastic piece off the cluster by yourself. If I'm not mistaken, to buy that plastic cover you have to buy a new gauge cluster.
For the clock, just go to a junkyard and you can pull one out really easy...

for ipods or any mp3 player, mp3/wma/.mp4, also shows what song name is playing and what radio station your listening to

As it sits right now...
About to get overhauled. RPM switch is going bye-bye in favor of a V-AFC II, getting a new headunit, and open pocket is getting moved to the bottom most likely.
