Hey I just noticed that Greddy recently came out with the Evo line for 4th gens. This is the smaller muffler that is angled up for better clearance. Its listed for the '99 GXE (no price yet), but I have a 98 SE... could it possibly fit on my car? Anyone who has had experience with this model on the max or any other car please share (sound, gains, price). I hope to be able to bolt this on along with my Cattman Y, which is in the mail (woohoo!).

 

Don't hold your breath...Supposeidly it is coming out, but I asked a rep from Greddy and they have no knowledge of it or of it coming out...so it hasn't come out yet and maybe not coming out in the near future

it should fit. my friend already has an evo on his 4th gen..his is 97...it wasn't made for his car, but it fitted without any problems..(custom piping)

 

Gotrice: Its already listed in the products on the website. Thats where I saw it. Max was not listed under the Evo line before, they just added it in - so wouldn't that mean it is coming some time in the near future?

Irvine78: Doesn't Greddy only sell full catbacks? I could understand getting the exhaust and mix 'n matching other piping with the muffler, but that kind of defeats the purpose of buying from Greddy.
