I was driving down hempstead turnpike when I noticed a green mustang convertible with a tan roof. One of my friend's ex-boyfriend drives one just like that so I started to follow it. Turns out it was his and I've been wanting to race him since I had my license. I didn't really know him but knew he thought his car was so fast and amazing. He said he could kill me. I pull up to him at a red light finally but as i shift into neutral to rev my engine the light turns green and he takes off. I floored it but was still in neutral and then went to drive( I apologized to my tranny afterwards) Anyway I went nowhere and was so ****ed i blew my oppurtunity. At the next light we line up again. This time I rev it and he revs his. I took off at the light and we stayed even for a little and then I started pulling on him around 30. It was so sweet. I had to stop at 60 cause of traffic at which time i was about a car length ahead of him and gaining quickly. If only I could have gone a little longer so I could have completely demolished him cause I know if I ever see him hes going to make some excuse about it. His car was a 97 V6 auto and I know they are very slow but I still can't think of a better way to get my first real roadkill especially since it was a Mustang. I also heard it was modded but have no idea what he did to it. As he rolled by at the next light he couldn't even look at me. Since I'm still on probation I'm so lucky no cops were around. I don't usually race for that reason but I couldn't pass this one up. I've never loved my max as much as I do tonight.

Irresponsible me says: Good Kill! While it's no shocker that the Max is faster than the V6 Mustang, it's fantablulous that you creamed your ex, especially since he thought he'd kill you in his Mustang. Shows what he knows...

Yeah I know it was stupid and I'm not racing again but I just couldn't pass it up. My friend said she was proud of me but not to race him or anyone again and I won't even if I line up to him again. I just wanted to know that I could beat him and just be able to say I did it.

Careful

Heh, good kill, probation + racing = bad thing.

racing + girl in car can be a bad thing too .. I was driving home from a club with mine the other week and some red v6 accord pulled up beside and started revving .. I gave him the eye, reved back, brake torqued it for the light, and my girl started screaming not to ..

Since she was coming back to my place I didn't, so I'd be in the good books *hides from people making whip noises* .. Hey, it paid off
