Does anyone know where I can get a gold exhaust tip from, I have a gle with the gold package and I think the gold tip would look better than the chrome.

I have a 97 SE white. It has a gold little strip on it because it is the limited package. I want to make some of my chrome things gold too. Anyway, I saw gold tips at auto parts stores. I am sure Advance Auto Parts has them, i believe Checker, and Autozone do too. Also, i am not sure if you have fleet farms in your area. But they can also be found there. But your best bet is local auto parts store.

I don't know about where you live but here there are people that will gold plate things for a decent price... I was going to have my emblems redone but took them off instead... Hope this helps....

As mentioned above, try local auto parts stores and see what they have. I think the local Napa and Champion stores here just have chromies though.

If you want a stock maxima gold tip, that might be harder to find. My maxi has the gold package on it, and everything that's usually chrome is gold, including the exhaust tip. (Heh...even the latches on the insides of the doors).

Did gold package GLE's have gold door handles?
