I'll charge you half-price
I'll sell mine for $15. Half Price! ;-)
I live in Raleigh NC. If you are close, come borrow it. When I bought it, it was close to $30 any way you cut it. I bought it and it has sat since.

Idea #1) Scribe the outline of the hole and drill 36 1/8" holes evenly spaced around the circle. Use a cold chisel to break down the small "ribs" which remain between the holes. Remove the blank, leaving a rough hole. Use a hand file or rotary grinder to smooth the hole.
Idea #2) Use a sheet metal nibbler such as Harbor Freight #539. http://ww2.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...itemnumber=539
Either of these methods is so difficult and time-consuming it will make you wish you had bought a hole saw.

Seems like a lot of work. Especially since there is 2 Cold Air Intakes out on the market already. Another one coming soon, I believe AEM has one coming. Anyway, a whole saw is the best tool for the job. It takes less than a minute to make the whole, and saves a lot of time and aggrevation. If you are gonna be at the Pike this saturday with the meet Lime put together, I'll be there, and you can check out mine if you want.

that would be cool, im moving my battery to the trunk , better for handling and for amplifying yer sound, so the cai would be right there, i have some ABS (like pvc but harder) tubing lying around, all three inch, and i bought a 3" to 3" rubber coupler for my MAF adapter, and i was playing around and all i really need once the battery is out of the way is two 90 degree bends the flexible coupler and a 45 degree bend , all of which i have , i was thinking of just going ahead and doing it, if it leaks i can use some sealant on it, i just need the right size K&N right now im using one from a mustang 5.0 4 inches wide and like 8 inches long and it makes a nice unique sound i fabricated my own mount so that it doesnt flop around. the cai is strictly for the pike because after cruising for a while it gets hot under there. lemme know what u guys think
