S/C mpg change?

Well, to make more power, you need more gas. So, if you get the SC, you will probably end up leadfooting it and using more gas.
If you are concerned with gas mileage, I don't think adding engine mods (which encourage aggressive driving) is the solution.

Gas mileage whould be nearly unafected with a SC if you kept your revs below 3K. The thing is if you get a SC it is hard to keep the revs below 6K . When I had a SC I was averaging about 18-20mpg.
It really depends on your driving habits.

If you're worried about gas mileage then forget the SC kit. If you want fun above all then the SC kit is for you. It all comes down to what your priorities are.

I'm getting nearly the same MPG. I still drive normal most of the time.. the SC is for bursts, its not like i drive 4k rpm all the time.
If anything, id say i lost .5mpg after the SC. Id rather pay more for 92octane.. stupid cali.
