I got the free GTech Performance meter/pro in the mail today for buying BFGoodrich Comop T/A HR4s. It's smaller than I thought. I'm going to probably try it out this evening. Anyone else used one yet? It looks like it'll be fun.

hey. yeah they are pretty small and actually cheaply made, but they seem very accurate. just make sure and put it in the middle of the windshield and get out of your car and view it from the front of the car to make sure it's pointing fairly straight. need flat, smooth pavement and average 2 runs in opposite dir. curves and bumps really throw it off. i have tested mine out on several newer cars and my results were very very close to some of the popular auto magazine results. it's a lot of fun. enjoy

i just went to nismo.org to get it for you. what you need to do is: go there, then go to 'enter' and then go to 'shopping' and choose ptuning from the pull down. at that point it brings you to ptuning.com with the 5% already approved. try this and if you still need the actual code, i have it written down at home. good luck.

Tires

For those of you who got the goodyears tires with this, which tires did you get? I am looking for tires and was curious as to whether BFG has lower profile tires that look good on our cars and if so what type etc where they. If you had pics that would be even better.

Thanks

First of all, I beleive you mean $139.95 (I never understood why people round down 95 cents instead of up 5 cents!). Second of all you failed to mention the hefty $10 shipping. Lastly, there is an 8.25% sales tax if you live in CA, like myself. So you are looking at $150 or $163.40. Like I said before, I got mine at ptuning.com for $133 out the door.

it was just an estimate. i bought it back in january and hadn't committed the exact price to memory. did I mention there is a hefty $10 shipping fee and if you live in california there is also 8.25% sales tax so you're probably looking at 163.40.
