fogs
if your bulbs are constantly burning out you may have a problem. If you don't have a problem, you need to return the bulbs. From what i hear, apc's are pretty crappy. I would get piaa. their rep for quality speaks for itself. You can get the h'3 in plasma which is a bluish purplish color. they rule. I have stock fogs but piaa mains for about 9 months, no probs.

I have the same problem
I tried to get H'3 bulbs for my fogs to match my xenon whitish bluish headlights but anything cheap just does not work I bought a pair of H'3 for 12.00 and even tough they are whiter than the stock they still dont mach my headlights but hte other day I went to a performance store and bought H'3 bulbs for 25.00 and those are perfect

Foglamp color >>
It's supposed to be that "butter" color. In fact, the best color is yellow. Blue light dissipates in moisture. The more blue your foglamps are, the more useless they become.
And just because PIAA likes flashy advertising and charges twice as much as everyone else, it doesn't mean they are better. Check on Hella, Sylvania and Phillips for bulbs too.
