I have been a little curious about this since I got my car a few years ago: When I push the center of the steering wheel to activate the horn, the center of the wheel gives maybe a quarter 1/4" of play before the horn sounds. I was just wondering if this is a common thing, or maybe if I should be concerned in case it has something to do with the airbag?

Thanks,

Speebs

its normal

Does the same in my 97 auto, i'm pretty sure its normal for it to have a little bit of play before it goes off.
