I asked this awhile back but never got an answer. I removed the hose that leads from the crankcase to the intake and put a air breather on the crankcase. Can I also add a breather on the intake also? Right now I have it plugged but I was wondering if I can put a breather there and not cause any problems. Also where else can I add breathers?

A pointless exercise, unless you value the cosmetics of a breather.

Yes. Another pointless exercise. This one is potentially harmful because it may interfere with the accuracy of the Mass Air Flow Sensor.

Also where else can I add breathers?

No...you can't not add it at the intake side. Why??? Because it's after the MAF, and there will be too much air that the ECU can not account for. Your car will stall and will barely run.

You are right. Nismo fails to understand that his intake already has a breather. It is called the air cleaner filter. Of course, if his sole interest is appearance, he can bolt a non-functional breather to his intake... and also his power brake booster, battery, etc.
