ecu code 0503 (stupid question)

its the front O2 sensor in the rear bank (1,3,5 cyl.) I reseted the ECU and it went away for now.
My stupid question is, since i have y-pipe, RT cat., and greddy catback, should I even bother replacing it? Wont the aftermarket parts just triger the check engine light again?
This stupid question was brought to you today, because the NY Jets literally had me yelling all afternoon. My head hurts and I cant think. Next week (v.s. Raiders)doesn't get better either. Round two is on its way.
