Yes...

Very possible, as well as a 300ZX swap...but who's going to spend the money? Why not buy a new Maxima?

Would be even better to find out about that new 3.5 260 HP in the 2002. Hmm, Would you still be able to do mods like Y Pipe and stuff? Would it change because your no longer using a 199x - 1999 engine? Maybe haev to get it custom. Just thinking about it.

With the FULL motor control wiring harness, ECU and both years factory service manuals I'm positive it will work.

Jeff,

When you come over this weekend for the VG twin turbo swap in my 99, don't forget the phillips head screwdriver......and bring a jack just in case.

Oooooo.....upgrade for my 94!

More proof that 3rd gens are superior because they can handle the bigger motors with their higher hoodlines.

I'm glad you had success with that. Did you do the RWD conversion as well, or were you able to shoehorn the Audi Quattro driveline?

I bet the ECU issues sucked, though.....

Shat, that was the easy part. I rigged a Radio Shack remote controlled airplane controller to work. I got forward/back/up and down.

A turbodiesel will fit, butthe turbo has to go where the radio is now. Anyone know where I can mount the new radio?

Unless you can figure out how to flip the engine over 90 degrees and still get it to fit under the hood.

I've done it. Actually it's 45 degrees. I usually make left turns anyway
