Why do people not dream big? If you're gonna drop an engine in there, why not just drop in a jet turbine in there?

The VQ30DE fits even better, as if it was made for the purpose. People "in the know" say it is a bolt-in.

I say 5th gen VQ30DE, it uses same engine mounts, while you're at it get PR's Urethane engine mounts, SC kit, and blow it up..

I'm swapping in the twin turbo 3.5L DOHC V8 from the R390 as soon as I can convert the Maxima to RWD.

i have the real answer for you.. the new 255hp 3.5 liter.. the vg30de is a stupid choice the vq is based off the vg except lighter.. why put a clunky pos in your car... unless of course your putting in a vg30dett then im for it.... so long as you arnt attatched to your trany. but yeah the 3.5 would serve for a nice platform

later
