Led Washer Nozzles....Looks Sweet!

My buddy just put these in his 98 Camry.....it looks really nice too, he wired it in so that they light up when he uses his blinkers (left blinker = left light). I laughed when he first ordered them, but they came out really sweet looking, not ricey at all. I just won a bid on Egay for them.....I'll try to get some pics online soon to show everyone what they look like.

here;s the link if your interested. (these are the black tops, not chrome and they look stock)

http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI...&ed=1001808612
*edit* bad link.

Yep ... that's how I wired mine. They don't turn on at all unless I use my turn signal. Left is wired to left turn signal, right to right. And I also added a switch so I can turn them off whenever I want (ie: when I don't want them on in the daytime).

Oh nice, got any pics with them on your max?? I havn't seen them on a max yet, but my buddy has a white camry, and I happen to have a white max, so I know they'll look nice, specially since I didn't have to get the chrome. But i'd be interested in looking at them so I can know what to expect

Sorry ... no pics ... it's kinda hard to time, even with a digicam. I originally got the chrome ones, but I'm not a big chrome so I apinted over it with my touch-up paint.

I got the hyperwhite LEDs on my beige Max.

But here's a pic of some blue ones on a 5th gen:

Those things are nice. Saw a ****ty honda with em the other day. Good product on a bad car. Anyways, I want the blue ones. I think you should wire them to turn on/off with your headlights.

Wiring them to your headlights isn't a good idea. Especially if you have blue ones. The guy who owns the Max of the pic I posted got busted for those blue lights twice.

I can turn mine off if I think I might get in trouble with them. And if you were to wire them to your headlights, in order to turn them off, you would have to turn off your headlights. Not a good idea on the road at night.

Is their anyway to wire them to my headlights AND turn signals ? And wire that to a box that could turn them off/on ???

I got some blue ones that I will wire up as soon as I have some free time to be on with parking lights, and blink alternately with the turn signals, and have a toggle switch to turn them off no matter what. I'm not the best with electronics but I think I have a wiring model that will work. If anyone wants to see it (and/or tell me what I did wrong) reply or email me.

All you have to do is wire it to your side markers dont try to tap it to the headlights it would be simple i have blue washer lights and dont want to turn them on so what i did was i hooked it up to me Alarm light that blinks so when i open my door it blinks and when i arm the car it turns solid for couple seconds then starts to blink i think this method is pimp dont want to get cought up with cops so i advice you guys to hook it up to your alarm light if you want more info just reply to post thanks

See, the funny thing is, I have NEVER seen these before my buddy bought them. I live in Western Massachussetts, and there is really NEVER any mods like that around. plenty of Spanish Rice Cars, but that's it...never any good neon setups or anything.

true, same thing around my neighborhood. unless you're in a city, you dont see things like these floating around. but, just give it some time, and it will be on most every car just like the fake HID lights which i see on almost 1 in 4 cars around here.

I have these on my Max, I bought the yellow ones, that way there would be no trouble with the police. I have them wired to run with my parking lamps.

I tried to run them with my parking lamps, and have them blink, but all I ever accomplished was blowing about 4 fuses. I gave up after that. So, to anyone who get's these to run solid with your parking lights, and blink with with the blinkers (I have already done the alternating blinker mod) please let me/us know how you did it. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!

Spanish Rice = Puerto Rican Honda's and Civics, with tons of stickers, and huge (4in) exhausts....also with a sickning amount of chrome trim and 2000.00 rims. Don't forget the race seats.

Here ya go...

It's not worth it though. Pulled over three times now, twice with it on constant and once after when I wired it to blink with signals.

$110 ticket for something that cost $20 is a bad move. I think I will go with this route though since I have them on anyways: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?threadid=67955

I think its the fact that you have blue light emitting from the front of your vehicle, which is illegal. the only colors allowed are white, white to yellow or yellow.

The officer told me blue is only to be used on road service vehicles and construction vehicles. Tell them your front lip is for shoveling snow

I was asked specifically. I had a typo, and meant accord. Excuse the **** out of me. I know plenty of other nationalities do this, but it so happens that in my area it is mostly Puerto Rican, so kindly keep quiet, and mind your business. If it was largly white or asians, I would say the same. But it's not, so I didn't.

first of all, people are here on this board to talk about cars not to make racist remarks or stereo type anyone.in case you didnt know this board's open to anyone that wants to discuss maximas or other related subjects, so you shouldn't tell anyone to mind their business. If you want to have personal discussions have them somewhere else.
