couldn't you just buy a nissan symbol from a dealer or parts store? seems like it'd be the same part....just stick it with 3M tape to the wheel (And hope you don't lose an eye when the airbag comes out... )

Peace

No I thought of that, I don't want one that big. I want one that will be like the same size as the imprinted one on the steering wheel. I thought about painting it. but, I don't belive if I paint it, it will have a nice crome effect. I wonder if nissan would sell the new ones for a reasonable price. But now I'm just dreaming!!

I hope it never happens but if the airbag deployed and you got hit directly by the badge, you'd lose more than just an eye. Chances are it would slice off a nice portion of face too.

There's another Aussie in da house !

Would be funny if someone tried putting on a euro spec badge off one of the new nissans, i don't think it would even fit, the badges they're using there look like truck badges put on passenger cars !

Oh come on guys, don't give up hope. Isn't someone designing Chrome Kick plates, why can't someone also design a nice Chrome Badge for the steering wheel? And it can be like a snap in. I think we should be taking this under serious consideration since it can dramatically increase the interior appearance of the vehicle. Not to say our interiors aren't beautiful enough. But as I see it the steering wheel is the one part of the Maxima I see the most of.

Thanks Guys
