I am gonna do it in one shot, makes sense. I am getting the O2's through courtesy nissan, $250 for all 3. I can afford the budget Y, so why not? While I'm at it I was checkin out that cat replacement pipe on ebay. Does anyone have one? Does it look legit to you guys and gals? For $70 it seems good. And this way no fuss with the cat/Ypipe 2 bolts.

My max is a 95. I have a PR CAI. This is gonna be cool.

Spending $250 on 3 O2 sensors =

Not buying a quality fit Cattman or Warpspeed y-pipe = not smart if you're spending $250 on 3 O2 sensors

Why Not?
Why would it not be smart? I have heard lots of people on here very happy with the Budget Y pipe?

Re: I should be wrenchin away by Saturday.
Sacrificing you car's ability to clean its own exhaust to get more power is not my idea of a good upgrade. And you'll prbably have a really hard time passing emissions tests anyways.

If your current 02 sensors are working, why would you drop $250 on new ones just for the hell of it?

My O2 sensors are worthless. I can't go without a check engine light for more than a drive around the block. What do you take me for, do you really think I would waste $250 if It wasn't absolutely necessary? Its better than letting the dealership charge me $500.

Stay away from the pipe
I would not get the Y pipe since I think like DW said inspection will become very hard if at all passable. Plus it is way too loud. If you really want that then they make another piece that switches back and forth between your Y pipe and nothing at all. At least that way you can still pass. But I would just get the Y pipe.

$250 for 3 o2 sensors?

Make sure you're getting the Maxima.org member discount from courtesy. It cost me $140+ for 2 O2 sensors shipped. I think $250 for 3 is steep.

Also, why not narrow down and find which O2 sensor is bad? Just replace the bad one(s) and save some money.

Also, make sure to use Anti-seize or you'll be sorry if you ever want to remove them. I've purchased 3 O2 sensors in my life. One was bad, the other two got stripped when I tried to remove them from my aftermarket Y-pipe.

I know all 3 are bad, I've gotten all three codes 50 times each. They are $65 for the front 2, and $110 for the rear 1. The rear one is what gets ya. And yep thats at the discount price.

How on earth did you foul up ALL 3 O2 sensors.

Have you thought about just replacing one at a time to see if that helps?
