before replacing my mafs, i sprayed throttle body cleaner in the TB & scrubbed the black junk with an old toothbrush. yesterday i changed the mafs & she ran like a charm. today i got a check engine light! it was code 0302. i cleared the code & drove the car another hour & the code never came back after 2 or 3 starts. does this make any sense to you? i tried looking at the EGR to see if it moved while my wife accelerated, but saw nothing. do you have any ideas? i'm afraid i can't get into a trusted garage until next week. thank you

dude, it's fine, if the code doesn't come back that means it's good, that means there there is no problem and you just go on with your life and not think about it, unless of course you feel/hear reduction in power or just hear weird noises, which I don't think will happen in your case

If you disconnected any electrical connectors while working on the TB, please wiggle and jiggle them to make sure they were properly reconnected.
