4 bolts?

Ok, here's how to do it. In front of the rear seat there's gonna be two tabs, one on either side. Pull up on the tabs and pull up on the seat (the portion you park your *** on). This should lift right out. Next, there's one 10mm bolt on each lower corner of the backrest. remove this and lift up the backrest. Lift it straight up to get it out of the holders (hard to describe, you'll see what i'm talking about) That should be it. Installation is the reverse.

Eh?

There's another two bolts (making 4 total, so if you've removed the right ones, you shouldn't have much problems taking it out) located at the arm rest.

Remove the little flap/cover on the trunkside of the armrest, and remove the two 10mm bolts there. Do the other ones CKNY said, and then it should lift right out. I found I couldn't lift it right out, and had to lift it a little bit on each side before I could get it to pop off.

There's 6 bolts total! There are two or the bottom corners, two that are closer to the center on the bottom, like in the middle of where a person would sit on each side, and two behind the armrest.

Uhhh...I'm pretty sure there are only four. There are the pull tabs on the lower section of the seat, maybe your including these, but they just pull out. Then there are the four that everyone has mentioned. After the four bolts are removed, pull up on the seat a little (towards the roof of the car) and the seat will be released from the retaining hooks in the back.
