Ok I have a question. The bottom of my bumper right below the fog lights the paint has been scraped off, (run up on a divider) so the area is ruff and needs to be sanded before I paint the spot. It is a small area so taking it to a shop to do is a waste of money, can this be done and how? Sandpaper, wet sand? Thanks
