You can start by buying one of the machine polished valve cover 1Max2NV is selling in the "For Sale" section. That is the easiest thing to do is swap out valve covers. The intake manifold is harder to replace. The polishing is about $300 and installation takes about 6 hours from beginning to end...you will also need an extra manifold.

i cant wait to buy the intake manifold this winter. Then i can say under ther hood is finally finished!

DAMN, you're slow.

I had my manifold off, cleaned, and back on in about 45 minutes...

Are you serious? I had to cleanout all the polsihing compound from the intake, thread holes and transfer all brackets and cables to the polished manifold. Plus there is one hidden item, a engine coolant line in the back of the motor that is very hard to get to. I must be an amateur.

I have a civic with nos and the engine pic w-NOS direct port is the best. I am running a dry kit it helps alot but I want to switch to wet for the added TQ.
