clearing tails question

I tryed the search featuer but didnt find what I wanted. Today I bought this clear stuff at home depot used for ceilings which i fgure is what people use to clear the tails. Now, I have a heat gun, a sheet of the clear sheeting and all the other materials needed. I am just not sure if I bought the right stuff for putting in and replcaing the orange pieces, and if people knwoof anything I hould be careful about when I do this tomororw. Thanks

Mike

sounds like you have it right. to make cutting the material easier I used a dremel rotery tool with a cutting disc. careful because the clear lense is very brittle and cracks easly
