The sunroof in my 95 Maxima won't close or open all the way. It stops about 2" from fully open or closed. I checked the tracks and there is nothing blocking it. Has this happened to anyone else?

 

Yes, I brought it to my Nissan Dealer & someone that worked in the garage just came out and fixed it for me for free. I wish I knew exactly what it was...my recommendation is to talk to your local service manager and see if there is anyone knowledgeable about the sunroofs that might be able to give it a quick look. I know you don't want to replace it....it costs quite a bit...I know. Good luck.
