how to change transmision oil

How bout a manual tranny flush?
I was wondering which are the 2 screws i need to undo to flush/fill my 97maxima standar tranny oil. i need to replace the clutch and i belive emptying the oil before detaching the tranny is a good thing, corect me if im wrong i need advise
