Installed my H&R/Tokico today
Did it today took me around 8 hours (worked alone) the hardest part was getting those two bolts off the knukle free eventualy got them off with around half can of WD40 the front was about 5 hours of labor and the rear was pretty easy around 3 because the rear H&R does not need to be copress. The drop is very nice not too high not too low just perfect and my tantrums are looking even better with the drop. Took it for a ride and it was very comfy felt like 90% stock no harshness at all and guest what none of that famous noise people are complaining about quiet as a bat going to get my alighnment in the morning.

I paid $550 total the springs are from www.tirerack.com and the struts are from www.shox.com and the labor was free

Congrats
I too recently (maybe 2 months ago or so) installed mine. Well, actually I had them installed, I opted to spend the $120 and just get it done, I already have too much to do. But that's great you did it all by yourself - great job! I agree with you one the ride. I was coming off of Intrax and damn is this ride nice! I can actually enjoy driving again! I can concentrate on other things besides white-knuckle-gripping the stearing wheel and constantly scanning ahead for any little road inperfection that will jar the whole cabin! However, I disagree with you about the ride height. I hate it. I feel like a 4x4 truck. I really miss the lower look of the Intrax. When I first got my shock/springs installed I was wigging out because the wheel-well gap was 3.5 fingers. But it has come down to 3 (loose) fingers. Intrax were 2 (tight) fingers. What is your wheel well gap?
Anyway, the reason for my post was to second the waiting for the alignment. I'd drive 400-500 miles first.
Enjoy!
